This aids the speed of highlighting categorised recommendations needing urgent attention and creating overall reports on the condition of circuits. The report findings can be issued using our own or client’s own format or added directly onto client’s databases. Accurate and detailed information, obtained from these tests, can then easily be updated at the next periodic electrical test date. This can subsequently save customers time and money and allows them to plan refurbishment work according to the severity or condition of existing wiring and equipment.
Fire, Security and CCTV Systems
From site survey through to commissioning, or routine maintenance to certification, progress is frequently conveyed back to a central hub. Issues can then be resolved at an early stage and progress can be monitored through to final sign off. Knowledge of each site can be interrogated by our 24 hour helpdesk for efficient dealing with urgent call outs. An escalation process ensures someone is always available to take your call. Team briefings are carried out regularly to train engineers to current standards, circulate knowledge and pool ideas on solving problems about working with old or unusual equipment or systems.
